Return & Refund Policy for Etsy Design Store

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our Etsy Design Store. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.

  • If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

  • Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in ensuring that all items are packaged securely. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. We will assist in resolving the issue and ensure you receive the correct item or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you purchased. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
